After a dialogue with Mr Christiaan Alberdingk Thijm who brought the UK EU Citizenship case for several UK Citizens living in Holland, and several other lawyers, we believe that it should now be possible to bring a case in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on behalf of all 66 million UK Citizens in the UK whose EU Citizenship and Rights are threatened by "brexit", should Mrs May be allowed by Parliament to continue with the process she has embarked upon.
We have been asked to make an initial payment of £10,000 in order to begin the legal work by obtaining the opinion of a senior Barrister, and we expect to need to raise a further £55,000 to cover the cost of preparing the legal case and then the Hearing. We believe the ideal will be to also open a small office with part-time staffing, if sufficient funds are donated . We are profoundly grateful to those of you who have already donated, and we are hopeful that we will reach a final funding target of £140,000 to help us defend the EU Citizenship and Rights of all British Citizens.
