We contacted Michel Barnier
To: BARNIER Michel Subject: Brexit - a breach of the EU Rule of Law Dear Mr Barnier, I wrote to you on 28 July 2016 at 11:29 noting legal advice as in my email, copied below for your convenience. I have now received further legal advice which suggests that any attempt to remove my Rights would necessarily constitute a direct breach of the EU Rule of Law. This email is therefore to record that if there is in fact any attempt to remove my Rights by any party, I then intend to begin appropriate legal proceedings. I am copying this email directly to Mr Guy Verhofstadt, and also to Professor Koen Lenaerts, President of the Court of Justice of the European Union , so that Professor Lenaerts - and thereby the Court - and Mr Verhofstadt - and thereby the European Parliament - are also aware of how I have been legally advised. Best regards
